Cornell races to 4 State Flyin' Farmer 55 triumph at Springfield Raceway
After losing the weekend opener at Electric City Speedway (Butler, Mo.) with the 4 State Late Model Series, Kaeden Cornell unloaded his Hoover Motorsports machine at Springfield (Mo.) Raceway for Saturday's $1,555-to-win show.
Cornell set the bar in time trials among the 23 Late Model entries and then powered from fourth-to-first in his heat race to earn the pole position for the 30-lap feature event. Kaeden led flag-to-flag for the Flyin' Farmer 55 victory and took home the $1,555 payday. The win also marked Kaeden's second-career 4 State Series win.
